To let you know my journey to becoming Product Manager, we need to go back to 2013, I was just a fresher from small town in UP, did not have any clear direction which career to choose which career I will like and which career will give me growth.
As most of the people did, I joined mass recruiter Cognizant , and Started with role of Quality Assurance Analyst, in Simple world I was manual tester for enterprise web application, I did not find the role interesting so I internally switch to Business Analyst role , In total I worked 4 Years in Cognizant.
Not seeing Growth I thought lets do MBA, Appeared for CAT, got into Good B-school in my 2nd attempt, spend two years there but still didn't understand well which career path I should choose.
So I thought lets start with Digital Marketing role and then I got to know about Product Management Role, the role excited me, so I prepared for it and got into Amazon as a Product manager, Handled multiple Products there, and was in charge of Amazon Ad product and helped it develop from Scratch.
Life was good and then I realised that there will be people like me who will be struggling to find right career path, so I started Grow Junction while working in Amazon 2 years back, I brought team of Elite Product Managers from Top Companies in the world like Microsoft, Adobe etc and till now we helped more than 42000 students and working professionals.
